25 Year Old Charged with DUI after Accident on the Stevenson Expressway

According to an article from wgnradio.com, a 25 year old man was charged with DUI after driving the wrong way on the Stevenson Expressway, which lead to a head-on crash.  The driver was charged with aggravated driving under the influence.  Three people were injured in this crash.  The driver was also charged with driving the wrong way, along with the drunk driving charges.

Teen Faces Felony Charges In Fatal DUI

According to an article in the Chicago Tribune, a teen faces four counts of reckless homicide and 12 counts of aggravated driving under the influence in Kane County after he crashed into two trees, killing a passenger in his car and injuring two other passengers. Blood tests showed the driver had a blood alcohol level of .227 and that the driver also had marijuana in his system.
