According to an article in the Chicago Tribune, a teen faces four counts of reckless homicide and 12 counts of aggravated driving under the influence in Kane County after he crashed into two trees, killing a passenger in his car and injuring two other passengers. Blood tests showed the driver had a blood alcohol level of .227 and that the driver also had marijuana in his system. Bail was set at $500,000 and, should he post bail, he is ordered to surrender his passport and be outfitted with an alcohol-monitoring anklet.
