'Jon & Kate' Divorce due to an Irretrievably Broken Marriage

According to an article by the Associated Press posted on the Chicago Tribunes website, Kate Gosselin says her marriage to Jon is "irretrievably broken." The TLC "Jon & Kate Plus 8" star filed for a no-fault divorce Monday in Montgomery County Court.  She said in the divorce papers that she is willing to "negotiate a fair and reasonable" settlement with her husband of 10 years.

Usher Files For Divorce

According to an article in CBS News, Usher has filed for divorce from his wife Tameka Foster Raymond. The couple were married in August of 2007 and they have two sons. The petition did not give any details concerning the split between the couple.

Drew Peterson Considers Divorce

According to an article in the Chicago Sun-Times, Drew Peterson met with a prominent Chicago divorce attorney on November 11, 2009 to consider the possibility of divorcing Stacy Peterson. Stacy Peterson went missing on October 28, 2007 with Drew Peterson becoming a suspect in her disappearance. Peterson has denied any wrongdoing.
